Autorizase asimismo al Gobierno para que, obtenida la certificación de que trata el articulo 30, ordinal c), de la Ley 64 de 1931 , sobre el producto de la Revista Militar en el año de 1936, adicione con el monto de dicho producto el Artículo 166 del Presupuesto de la vigencia en curso, destinándolo especialmente a la compra de elementos que necesite la imprenta del Ministerio de Guerra para su mejor funcionamiento.
