El Artículo 19 de la Ley 2ª de 1932, quedará así: El empleado que quedare cesante por causas distintas de mala conducta, faltas en el servicio o renuncia voluntaria, tendrá derecho a que se le reconozca un mes de sueldo equivalente al último que hubiere devengado, siempre que compruebe haber servido al ramo dos años continuos inmediatamente antes de la separación. Para obtener el auxilio por cesantía es preciso que el aspirante no haya ocupado otro puesto remunerado por el Tesoro Público por lo menos durante los treinta días siguientes al de su separación.
