º El artículo tercero (3º) del Decreto 384 de 1985, quedará así: "El derecho de explorar, explotar y beneficiar yacimientos de metales preciosos podrá otorgarse a personas naturales, cooperativas o a sociedades constituidas legalmente que tengan como actividad principal la explotación de minas. Las compañías cuyo asiento principal de negocios esté en algún país extranjero deben dar cumplimiento a lo establecido por el artículo 115 del Decreto 1275 de 1970".
