Art. 1.° La esportacion de productos nacionales por el puerto de Barranquilla, podrá hacerse trasbordando directamente aquellos, de los buques fluviales a los marítimos ; lo cual es análogo a lo permitido respecto de las importaciones por el artículo 29 del decreto número 364 de 1877.
