º Autorizase asimismo al Gobierno para adquirir las empresas de telecomunicaciones existentes en el país, a fin de Nacionalizar estos servicios. El gobierno podrá realizar operaciones directas de crédito con los vendedores aplicando los productos de los mismos servicios al pago de las obligaciones correspondientes, o contratar los empréstitos que sean necesarios, internos o externos, para las adquisiciones que haga y para atender al desarrollo o mejora de dichos servicios.
