Los monumentos y programas conmemorativos del centenario de la muerte del Libertador, de que tratan la presente Ley y las Leyes 63 de 1924 y 89 de 1925, estarán a cargo del Gobierno Nacional, pudiendo asesorarse de la Sociedad Bolivariana, la Academia Nacional de Historia y otras instituciones semejantes. Quedan en estos términos reformadas las citadas Leyes 63 de 1924 y 89 de 1925, en sus artículos 1º y 3º
