Articulo 23. La Caja podrá hacer prestamos hasta por la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) a cada empresario, con destino exclusivo a la compra de maquinaria, equipos e instalaciones para la explotación de carbón mineral, en los términos y en las condiciones señaladas en los artículos 4o. y 5o. del Decreto legislativo numero 384 del 8 de febrero de 1950. Los prospectos para estos prestamos deberán estar aprobados por el Instituto de Fomento Industrial.
