° De la competencia para calificar. Corresponde al superior inmediato la calificación de servicios de los funcionarios bajo su dirección. Se entiende por superior inmediato la persona que ejerza las funciones de coordinación y supervisión del empleado a calificar, en razón del cargo que ocupa, o porque ha sido delegado para ello mediante acto administrativo y por autoridad competente.
