Los bienes muebles incautados por la Policía Nacional, con excepción de las armas de fuego, o de instrumento de un hecho punible o que provengan de su ejecución, que en el término de seis (6) meses, no fueren reclamados por sus propietarios, quedarán al servicio de la Institución en calidad de posesión. Transcurrido un (1) año en tal condición, pasarán a pertenecer a la Policía Nacional y se incorporarán a los inventarios correspondientes.
