Recursos humanos . Para la atención de sus operaciones el Fondo contará con el personal requerido de la planta de personal del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República. Sin embargo, cuando dicho personal fuere insuficiente, se podrán contratar las personas que se requieran por el término estrictamente necesario.
