Recursos de operaciones de tesorería . N o podrán ser incluidos dentro de los cálculos de presupuesto de rentas y recursos de capital, los recursos provenientes de operaciones de tesorería, tales como el recibo de depósitos o de avances sobre las rentas, el descuento de documentos que deban cancelarse dentro del mismo año fiscal sin afectar el presupuesto de gastos los sobregiros bancarios.
