ARTICULO 23. Póliza de garantía. Para garantizar el cumplimiento de la obligación de permanencia de que trata el artículo anterior, el Agente constituirá una póliza de garantía por conducto de Compañía de Seguros legalmente establecida en el país, hasta por el ciento por ciento (100%) del valor de los gastos que ocasione la comisión, en los casos que determine la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
