El auxilio de cada Municipio será entregado al Tesorero Municipal a quien lo represente legalmente, y su distribución hecha por una Junta, compuesta por el Presidente de la Municipalidad, el Personero y el Cura de la Parroquia. Dicha Junta rendirá cuenta de la distribución ante la Corte del ramo.
