Las recomendaciones de la Asamblea de Partes o de la Junta de Signatarios hechas de conformidad con el presente Capítulo Decimocuarto, se formularán dentro de un plazo de seis (6) meses a partir de la fecha en que se inicien los procedimientos señalados en los artículos anteriores de este mismo Capítulo. Para este fin, se podrá convocar una reunión extraordinaria de la Asamblea de Partes.
