Artículo tercero. El Visitador de la Dirección Nacional de Instrucción Criminal devengará una asignación mensual de $ 12.000.00.

Parágrafo

Para desempeñar las funciones de Visitador de la Dirección Nacional de Instrucción Criminal deberán reunirse las calidades exigidas por el articulo 9.º del Decreto-ley 2267 de 1969, para los Directores Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal.
