DEL VALOR DE LAS MULTAS. De acuerdo con la naturaleza y calificación de la falta, la autoridad sanitaria competente, mediante resolución motivada podrá imponer multas hasta por una suma equivalente a diez mil (10.000) salarios mínimos legales diarios vigentes al momento de dictarse la respectiva resolución a los responsables por la infracción de las normas sanitarias.
