Aprópiase la cantidad de treinta y seis mil pesos ($ 36,000) anuales, con destino a la construcción de la vía de que trata esta Ley, y el Gobierno la incluirá en su totalidad, ineludiblemente, en los proyectos de ley de apropiaciones, que debe presentar a las legislaturas ordinarias del Congreso.
