El que altere, desfigure o suplante alguna o algunas de las marcas que acreditan la propiedad de los ganados, o marque aquellos que no le pertenecen, con el propósito de apropiárselos sin el consentimiento de sus dueños incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a dos (2) anos, sin que haya lugar a excarcelación.
