Ningún bote que goce de patente puede ausentarse de la zona sin permiso del Inspector de Pesca, ni dedicarse a otra cosa que a la pesca de perlas. El Inspector podrá dar el permiso con conocimiento de causa. Si contraviene a esta prohibición, incurrirá en una multa de veinticinco pesos ($ 25) a cien pesos ($ 100) oro, que impondrá el Inspector sin perjuicio de las demás a que haya lugar por la continuación del hecho.
