ARTICULO 7o. Lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto se entiende sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las exigencias del Decreto 1146 de 1990, o normas que lo modifiquen o complementen cuando la importación se refiera a los bienes indicados en el artículo 1º. de dicho Decreto.
