Colaboración de las autoridades. Todas las autoridades están obligadas a prestar a los funcionarios investigadores, la cooperación que éstos demanden. Se entenderá que existe renuencia cuando el funcionario al cual se le ha solicitado la colaboración con un término perentorio, la niegue o demore injustificadamente. La renuencia se sancionará por el funcionario competente, con suspensión del empleo hasta por treinta (30) días o con destitución, que se solicitará a la autoridad nominadora
