º. Transformación y dependencias. En caso de transformación en Entidades Promotoras de Salud, las dependencias prestadoras de servicios de las mismas, podrán constituirse en parte de la red de servicios de otras Entidades Promotoras de Salud. Las Entidades Promotoras de Salud que surjan del proceso de transformación tendrán plazo hasta el 23 de diciembre de 1997 para garantizar la autonomía técnica, financiera y administrativa de las unidades hospitalarias de su propiedad que presten los servicios de segundo y tercer nivel de atención.
