Articulo único. Decláranse libres del pago de derechos de importacion los útiles é instrumentos necesarios para un Gabinete de física y un Laboratorio químico, lo mismo que una cocina de hierro y sus aparatos correspondientes, destinados al servicio del Colegio Seminario de la Arquidiócesis.
