°. Quórum. La Comisión Intersectorial del Régimen de Prima Media con Prestación Definida del Sistema General de Pensiones, deliberará con la asistencia de tres (3) de sus miembros permanentes y las decisiones serán tomadas por la mayoría de los asistentes a la sesión respectiva. Las decisiones serán comunicadas por la Secretaría Técnica a los miembros ausentes, con el fin de que estos, en lo de su competencia, dispongan lo necesario para el cumplimiento de las mismas.
