El no pago de premios por el Concesionario, o la lotería o beneficencia cuando no exista contrato de concesión, dará lugar, por parte del jugador, a ejercer las acciones previstas en el Código de Procedimiento Civil, sin perjuicio de lo que en los casos especiales establezcan las disposiciones legales vigentes.
