La demanda de casación debe contener un resumen de los hechos materia de la controversia y expresar la causal que se aduzca para pedir la infirmación del fallo, indicando en forma clara y precisa los fundamentos de ella y citando los textos legales que el recurrente estime infringidos.

Si son varias las causales del recurso, se exponen en capítulos separados los fundamentos relativos a cada una.
