Decreto 2540 de 2015 · por el cual se adiciona el Decreto 1082 de 2015, con el fin de reglamentar el parágrafo 2º del artículo 2º de la Ley 715 de 2001, en lo relacionado con la distribución de los recursos de la Asignación Especial del 2.9% del Sistema General de Participaciones para el Fondo Nacional de Pensiones de las Entidades Territoriales (Fonpet) y se dictan otras disposiciones.
