El Juez de la Interventoría, a solicitud del Interventor de Precios, ordenará inmediatamente la inspección de archivos, libros, comprobantes, bodegas y demás anexidades de los establecimientos industriales y comerciales; y cualquiera otros que aquel funcionario estime pertinentes como pruebas para la expedición de resoluciones justas, razonables y eficaces, y para la aplicación de este Decreto y de todas las demás disposiciones que posteriormente se dicten. Estas pruebas tendrán carácter estrictamente reservado. SANCIONES Y SU APLICACIÓN
