Art.4.° Concluida esta dilijencia, se fijará la lista por escrito en la puerta de la Administracion principal de Hacienda nacional en Panamá i se mantendrá allí por el término de ocho dias, con copia del presente decreto, a fin de que las personas que se crean con derecho a reclamar por no habérseles incluido en ella, o por la cuota que se les haya señalado, lo hagan ante la Junta dentro de los ocho dias siguientes.
