Auxíliase con la suma de $ 200.000.00 a la Cooperativa de Habitaciones de los Empleados Municipales de Cali Ltda., con destino a la construcción de vivienda.

Autorízase al Gobierno para abrir los créditos y hacer las traslaciones necesarias en el Presupuesto de la actual vigencia, para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.
