Patrimonio. El Patrimonio del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario estará constituido por:

1.

Los bienes inmuebles destinados a servir como sedes administrativas del Inpec, los bienes inmuebles destinados a servir como centros de reclusión del orden nacional y los bienes muebles que le correspondan.

2.

Las partidas destinadas dentro del Presupuesto Nacional para atender el funcionamiento y los programas de inversión del Instituto.

3.

Los demás bienes y rentas que el Instituto reciba o adquiera a cualquier título y los que le asignen las leyes.

Artículo 43. Patrimonio. El Patrimonio del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario estará constituido por:

Los bienes inmuebles que se encuentren exclusivamente destinados a servir como sedes administrativas del INPEC, y los bienes muebles que le correspondan.

2.

Las partidas destinadas dentro del Presupuesto Nacional para atender el funcionamiento y los programas de inversión del Instituto.

3.

Los demás bienes y rentas que el Instituto reciba o adquiera a cualquier título y los que le asignen las leyes.
