El Gobierno procederá a organizar la Caja de Previsión Social de los Empleados y Obreros Nacionales, a cuyo cargo estará el reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior. La organización de esta entidad se hará por el Gobierno antes del 1º de julio de 1945.
