º . Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y adiciona los artículos 1º, 3º y 6º del Decreto 1257 de 2001 y los artículos 1º, 4º y 10 del Decreto 2795 de 2004 y deroga todas las normas que le sean contrarias.
