El que destruyere o inutilizare por cualquier medio un cuartel, fortaleza, parque, arsenal, buque armado en guerra, maestranza o fábrica del Ejército, será castigado con la pena de diez a veinte años de reclusión militar, previa degradación o destitución, a juicio del Consejo de Guerra.
