Finalidad de las Asociaciones Público-Populares (APPo). Las Asociaciones Público-Populares de que trata el presente capítulo solamente podrán ser celebradas cuando su objeto se ciña a las finalidades señaladas de manera expresa en el artículo 100 de la Ley 2294 de 2023. La justificación de lo anterior deberá hacer parte del proceso contractual que se adelante al interior de cada Entidad Estatal.
