Competencia Para Decidir

Competencia para decidir. De los impedimentos y recusaciones, conocerá y decidirá el inmediato superior con atribuciones disciplinarias. En caso de prosperar el incidente, la autoridad que conoció del mismo reemplazará al impedido o recusado.

Parágrafo

En cualquier momento si el fallador con atribuciones disciplinarias, advierte animadversión o afecto notorios del investigador para con el investigado, podrá sustituirlo del cargo. CAPITULO VII De las nulidades.
