Article 42

Para Ascender Al Grado De Capitán De Fragata O Al De Teniente Coronel De Infantería De Marina, En El Cuerpo General, En El De Ingenieros (En La Especialidad De Ingeniería De Máquinas), En El De Infantería De Marina En El De Administración Y En El Ramo De Intendencia, Se Requiere, Además De Las Condiciones Establecidas En El Presente Estatuto, Haber Hecho Con Buenos Resultados El Curso De Comando Correspondiente

Para ascender al Grado de Capitán de Fragata o al de Teniente Coronel de Infantería de Marina, en el Cuerpo General, en el de Ingenieros (en la especialidad de Ingeniería de Máquinas), en el de Infantería de Marina en el de Administración y en el ramo de Intendencia, se requiere, además de las condiciones establecidas en el presente Estatuto, haber hecho con buenos resultados el Curso de Comando correspondiente.

Parágrafo

Mientras se organiza el curso de qué trata el presente artículo, el Gobierno podrá reglamentar la forma como debe suplirse el requisito establecido.
