El Ministerio de Guerra dictará las providencias orgánicas y reglamentarias del ahorro de los individuos del Ejército, que será también llevado al Banco Agrícola Hipotecario, lo mismo que los fondos de la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de los Suboficiales. Al efecto, dicho Ministerio acordará con el Banco la forma, condiciones y manejo de las respectivas cuentas.
