° El informe a que se refiere el artículo anterior, tratará separadamente cada una de las cuestiones allí determinadas, y cualesquiera otras que la Oficina General del Trabajo considere esenciales para el mejoramiento de las clases obreras, procurando estudiar por separado en cada punto los resultados de las leyes actualmente en vigencia y las reformas que conviene adoptar para alcanzar el resultado que se persigue con su creación.
