Los servicios aéreos colombianos internos e internacionales sólo podrán ser prestados por personas naturales o jurídicas nacionales, que tengan su domicilio real en Colombia.

La autoridad aeronáutica podrá exigir que ciertos servicios se presten por personas organizadas jurídicamente en forma de sociedad.
