Artículo único. La fianza que debe otorgan el Cajero Contador de la prolongación del ferrocarril del Norte, según lo dispuesto en el Decreto número 1448 dé 30 de diciembre de 1921, puede. Ser prendaria o hipotecaria, a satisfacción de Ministerio de Obras Públicas, y su cuantía en el primer caso será de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000), y en el segundo, 'o sea hipotecaria, será de mil pesos ($ 1,000), Comuníquese y publíquese. '
