º Cuando en el segundo año del curso de becados se presenten vacantes, el Gobierno podrá llenarlas con aquellos Oficiales que hayan hecho en calidad de becados el curso de un año, siempre que su conducta haya sido calificada con la nota correspondiente a buena y que hayan obtenido en cada materia de enseñanza profesional la nota correspondiente a regular, por lo menos.
