Los empleados públicos de carrera desvinculados del Departamento Administrativo, como consecuencia de su reestructuración, tendrán derecho a la indemnización consagrada en la Ley 443 de 1998, los Decretos Reglamentarios 1572 y 1568 de 1998 y las normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan.
