Transitorio. Reducción del caudal promedio del vertimiento. Cuando el caudal promedio del vertimiento se reduzca y por consiguiente la concentración de cualesquiera de las sustancias previstas en el artículo 2.2.3.3.9.16 se aumente, la carga máxima permisible (CMP) continuará siendo la fijada según el parágrafo 2° del artículo 2.2.3.3.9.17 del presente Decreto.
