Queda autorizado el Ministerio de Gobierno para organizar en cada Departamento, una Comisión de Ingenieros que revise y complemente la carta corográfica del mismo, siempre que en la obra total no se inviertan en el año mas de veinticinco mil pesos ($25.000).
