ARTICULO 2.3.1.15.- FACULTADES DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA Y SUPERINTENDENCIA DE SOCIEDADES. La Superintendencia Bancaria y la Superintendencia de Sociedades tendrán las facultades y ejercerán las funciones que este título atribuye a la Superintendencia de Valores, en los casos en que de acuerdo con el presente Estatuto corresponda a dichas entidades autorizar la emisión.
