Con el propósito de hacer efectivo el pago de la cuota alimentaria, cualquiera de los representantes legales del niño, niña o adolescente o el Defensor de Familia podrán promover, ante los jueces competentes, los procesos que sean necesarios, inclusive los encaminados a la revocación o declaración de la simulación de actos de disposición de bienes del alimentante.
