Artículo Noveno. A partir del 1o, de enero de 1996 los asesores 210-43, 210-40, 210-39, 220-39, 210-37 y 210-35 del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República tendrán derecho, previa autorización del Director de dicho Departamento, a la Prima Técnica prevista en el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
