º ORGANIZACION Y FUNCIONAMIENTO. La organización y funcionamiento del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras están determinados particularmente por las normas de la Ley 117 de 1985, las de los decretos que la reglamentan, las previstas en los presentes Estatutos y las cláusulas contenidas en el contrato celebrado para tal fin entre el Gobierno Nacional y el Banco de la República.
