º Adiciónase el siguiente inciso al numeral tres del artículo 3º del Decreto 20 de 1994: "De la misma manera se contará los tres (3) años cuando se trate de actualizar los valores a restituir como consecuencia de devoluciones declaradas improcedentes, en cuyo caso el período de actualización estará comprendido entre las fechas de entrega del cheque, título o fecha del abono en cuenta de la devolución y la fecha de restitución de tales valores".
